I don't know how Tora does it(though i suspect copius amounts of weed) but he does a great job running Marmite. He's always happy, he does all his own recruiting, he sets up all the contracts and still manages to find time to be a contender on their killboard!
Marmite is probably one of the most fun places i've been in Eve, i left thinking the grass was greener somewhere else. But i had what i was looking for already. The guys all love to PVP, they dont need to call a CTA for things cause everyone already wants to pvp anyway. Also, keeping what you kill tends to be very lucrative 
And.... Marmite is also pretty tasty :D

Marmite have always done well at managing a few contracts simultaniously, also their clients are happy with the service provided. This is shown by the through their repeat customers.

Why join Marmite? Well apart from the 24/7 time coverage, these guys are pro's. Every one of them is a talented PVP'r, obviously a few will stand out from the pack, but you get that everywhere. They also act as one, there is very little friction betweem the corps in the alliance which is a rare quality in alliances these days.

Ok dont assume any special relationship between T.R.I.A.D and Marmite, i'm purely and Ex member of Marmite who has respect for Tora and those who fly with him.
I am not aware of any +10 standings between Marmite and T.R.I.A.D either, so i'm not sure you have got that idea from.
If you take me showing respect to Marmite as a reason to Cut T.R.I.A.D out of your fleets, clearly there are other problems between us. I do not speak from T.R.I.A.D, nor do i claim to. If you want to discuss fleets further, you need to speak to DeT.

Ynot, i have only been with T.R.I.A.D for a few days, so i can't know everything that goes on with my corp yet. I just wanted to make the point that though i show respect for Marmite, it does not mean that i am feeding them information(i know you are not saying that, i just want to be clear).
I will have to check standings when i get Online later.
